While our primary focus is serving churches and ministries, many of the governance and leadership principles taught through FGLC are equally applicable to Christian schools, and faith-based nonprofit organizations.
Why Francis Governance and Leadership exists:
Churches exist to glorify God by preaching the gospel, making disciples, and carrying out the mission that Christ has entrusted to His Church (Matthew 28:18–20; Mark 16:15; Acts 1:8).
While pastors and church leaders rightly focus on preaching, teaching, discipleship, and evangelism, the organizational structures that support these ministries can often be overlooked. Yet healthy governance, leadership, and organizational systems are essential to sustaining a church’s mission, protecting its integrity, and supporting long-term effectiveness.
