Meet Dr. Benjamin Francis
Founder and Principal Consultant
With more than twenty years of ministry, leadership, and organizational experience, Dr. Benjamin Francis serves churches and organizations, helping to strengthen governance practices, leadership structures, organizational health, and long-term ministry effectiveness.
He has been married to his wife, Tera, since 2007, and they have 4 children.
From 2009 - 2026, Ben served churches throughout North Carolina in various leadership roles, including as Lead Pastor. Throughout his career, he has led significant organizational and leadership initiatives, including:

In addition to his pastoral experience, Dr. Francis has served as an adjunct seminary instructor, professional researcher, and as a board member with local associations and the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina.
Dr. Francis now focuses on helping churches and faith-based organizations strengthen their governance systems, leadership structures, policies, and organizational effectiveness.

Dr. Benjamin Francis combines practical ministry experience with extensive academic training. He holds the following degrees:
Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies, Judson College
Master of Arts in Ethics and Theology, Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary
Master of Theology in Pastoral Theology, Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary
Doctor of Education in Ministry, The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary
He is currently a 3rd-year PhD student at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, where his research focuses on religious authority, organizational power, governance, and leadership.
